Important Notice:
Charging Requirements:
- The charging current must not exceed 1C. The lithium battery pack must be charged using a balanced head.
- The charging voltage must not exceed the specified voltage. Do not overcharge.
- For ordinary LIPO batteries, the maximum voltage of a single cell is 4.2V; for high-voltage LIPO batteries, the maximum voltage of a single cell is 4.35V. Charging must use a regular charger and connect strictly according to the requirements. Do not reverse or short-circuit.
- The temperature of the cell during charging must be within the range of 0-45°C.
Usage Requirements:
- The discharge current must not exceed the product specifications. Excessive current will cause the battery to bulge and affect the battery life.
- Do not over-discharge the lithium battery. Otherwise, the battery may bulge, be unable to charge, and in severe cases, may be scrapped. For ordinary LIPO batteries, the minimum voltage of a single cell is 3.2V; for high-voltage LIPO batteries, the minimum voltage of a single cell is 3.2V. When the battery is at this voltage, the actual battery capacity is almost exhausted and it cannot be used any further!
- During discharge, the temperature of the cell must not exceed 65°C.
Storage Requirements:
- It must be stored in a dry and cool place. The environmental temperature should be 23 ± 5°C.
- It is recommended to perform charging and discharging once a month for long-term non-use.
- When storing without use, the voltage of each cell of the LIPO battery must be between 3.8 - 3.9V. Otherwise, the battery is prone to bulge, affecting the battery life and even being scrapped.
Other Requirements:
- Do not disassemble, impact or bend the battery. Batteries that have deformed or bulged are flammable and cannot be used any longer.
- Do not short-circuit. Short-circuiting will cause the battery to explode. Do not throw the battery into fire or liquid. Model lithium batteries do not have protective plates. During charging, someone must be on guard to prevent other accidents.
- Expired batteries must be packaged properly and placed in a dedicated recycling box.
Are there any other precautions when using the battery?
- Keep away from flammable and explosive materials during charging.
- Discard damaged batteries immediately; do not reuse.
- Connecting positive and negative poles will cause short circuit and fire hazard.
- Damage caused by human overcharging or over-discharging is non-returnable.
- LiPo battery voltage should not drop below 3.2V per cell, or permanent damage or failure may occur.
