On the average how long do RC planes helicopters or blimps stay in the air on a single charge?
An RC Sailplane pilot can extend flight duration by cutting off propeller thrust while ascending in thermals (where the birds are soaring). There are a lot of variables, but many beginner type electric airplanes will fly for 10-15 minutes with the included flight battery . . about the same time it takes for your neck to feel strained from looking up.
